Thank you for taking the Wildly Healthy Harvest Tune-Up!

Thank you for taking the Wildly Healthy Harvest Tune-Up! I hope this experiment helps us both feel healthier and more cheerful and balanced.

Watch for Wildly Healthy emails

Watch your in-box for emails with subject lines that start with “Wildly Healthy.” You’ll get the first one within 24 hours and then another every day for seven days.

Resources to Get You Started

Check out these useful resources to get started. You can do the Tune-Up without any of them, but they will make it easier . They will also help you fine-tune your meals and activities to suit your situation.

  • Dr. Michael Greger’s book How Not to Die, which has loads of research about why he recommends his Daily Dozen
  • The free Daily Dozen app for Android or Apple. It gives you a daily checklist for completing his daily dozen plus examples what food is in each category.
  • My books Wildly Affordable Organic and Fifty Weeks of Green, with many of the recipes you’ll see mentioned in the emails.

Thanks again for taking the Tune-Up! I’m eager to learn how it works for you. As I write this, I’m mid-way through taking it myself and already feel more energetic and happier.

Have a delicious day!

… Linda
