In response to the pandemic and our unsettled times, I’m offering free Zoom classes. I hope they will help you cook wonderful food that supports you, body and soul. Sharpening your skills as a thrifty cook can save you thousands of dollars a year in ingredients alone. Learning to cook healthy meals can help you thrive while avoiding illness and medical expenses. Our diets have a huge impact on the health of the planet, too. Even when everything is bluebirds and buttercups, making and sharing delectable food is one of life’s great joys.
- Watch all four classes below: Cooking While Broke, Zero-Waste Cooking, Why Eat Plant-Based, and Getting Organized — Menus & Shopping Lists (new!).
- You can also learn how to teach these classes to your circle, using the recordings or my slides and scripts. Learn more about teaching classes here.
