New chart: get and stay slim

I'm nearly done with my new ebook: Get and Stay Slim the Wildly Affordable Organic Way. I couldn't wait to share part of the introduction with you, especially this chart!

What can you expect when you start eating the WAO way? Most people lose about a pound a month.  If you also reduce your oil intake, you’ll lose about a pound every two weeks. Those who follow the four seasonal menu plans to the letter lose even more, about a pound a week.

You may feel a little light when you start. Not hungry, just not anchored down by heavy, greasy food. By the end of the first week, you might feel more energetic and more alert. After a month, you’ll wonder why you ever ate any other way. After a year, food that formerly tempted you to indulge, that lured you into breaking your vows to eat right, won’t even seem like food anymore. The spell will be broken.

The chart above shows what you might lose in a year following the Standard American Diet or being a Wildly Good Cook. The second chart shows what would happen if you started at 180 pounds and your healthy weight was 140. Instead of gaining a pound a year on the SAD diet, you'd steadily lose weight until you reacher your target and then you'd stay there. No fancy dieting, no arduous workouts. Just eating satisfying but sensible portions of real food, cooked from scratch.
