Fresh-Start Challenge Week 2, Day 3: No-Cook Monday!

Don't you feel good having a refrigerator full of food that you cooked over the weekend and last week? Today, take a day off! Just toast bread, cut up some broccoli, peel oranges, and reheat pizza and soup. You've started your week off right!
